Bersaglieri for North Africa

From the photographic evidence the commonest headgear worn by Italian troops in North Africa appears to have been the tropical helmet and the "Bustina" cloth cap. The troops represented by this figure set are the Bersaglieri light infantry modeled in 8 poses. These elite troops can be differentiated from other line units by the jaunty cockerel feathers worn on the helmet. Two motorized battalions of Bersaglieri were attached to each armoured division plus one Bersaglieri motorcycle battalion.
